Banquet hall in Tashkent with a panoramic view
One transformable hall for the banquet, the reception and the formal part — with stage, lighting and sound already in place.
Choosing a banquet hall nearly always starts with one question: how many people. It is the right question, but no venue has a single honest answer to it — and that is worth knowing before you start comparing halls.
Below: how capacity is actually worked out, what the hall does besides a seated dinner, and what to ask any venue in Tashkent before you pay a deposit.
How many people the hall holds
The same floor area holds very different numbers depending on the seating. A banquet with round tables needs the most space per guest: aisles between tables, and room for staff to work. A standing reception holds considerably more. Theatre seating for a ceremony or a formal session sits between the two.
So a “hall for 100” at two venues can mean two different evenings. What is worth comparing is not the headline but the seating plan for your format: how many tables fit, whether there is still room for a dance floor and a stage, where the welcome area goes.
We work that out against your guest list. Send us the rough number and the format, and we will come back with a layout rather than a range.
One hall, several parts of the evening
A banquet is rarely only a banquet. Guests arrive, then the formal part, then dancing — and each wants something different from the room. A venue that suits one of them usually becomes a compromise for the rest.
Our hall is transformable: the layout changes between the parts of the evening rather than being set once. The lobby is separate from the main hall, so early arrivals are not sitting in an empty banquet room, and the VIP room and dressing room make it possible to move people out of the main hall when that is what is needed.
Lighting, sound and screens are already here
The commonest hidden cost at a banquet is the technical kit. The hall is let as bare walls, and lighting, sound, a screen and somebody to run all of it are billed separately — usually the last line to appear in the quote.
Here the lighting and sound rig is part of the venue, not a separate contract. The stage and the LED screens are in place for live music, a host, speeches and video. The technical crew are our own people, who already know this room.
What to ask any banquet hall in Tashkent
This list is useful even if you are not only looking at us. These are the points where unpleasant discoveries tend to arrive a week before the date.
- The capacity for your seating plan, not the maximum for the hall;
- how late noise is allowed and when the hall has to be cleared;
- whether technical support is in the price or billed separately;
- whether you may bring your own decorator, pastry chef or host;
- whether there is a separate room for organisers and somewhere for gifts;
- how arrival and parking work for guests;
- what happens to the deposit if the date moves.
FAQ
- How many people does the banquet hall hold?
- It depends on the seating: a banquet with round tables, a standing reception and theatre seating give different numbers for the same hall. Tell us the rough guest count and the format in your enquiry and we will work out the layout and give you the actual figure.
- How much does it cost to hire the banquet hall?
- It depends on the date, the length of the booking and what you need beyond the hall itself. Send an enquiry with the date and the guest count and we will come back with a figure for your evening rather than a general price list.
- Is the hall suitable for a small banquet?
- Yes. The hall is transformable, and the lobby and VIP room are separate spaces, so a smaller celebration does not have to happen in the middle of an empty room. Tell us the format and we will suggest how to use the venue for your numbers.
- Can we see the hall beforehand?
- Yes, and that is the right order to do things in: a panoramic hall cannot be judged from photographs. The floor plan showing the hall, the lobby, the VIP room and the back of house is on the site, and we will arrange a viewing from your enquiry.
- Can we work with our own suppliers?
- Let us talk about it. Tell us who you want to bring — a decorator, a pastry chef, a host — and we will sort out access and set-up time.
