Privacy Policy
25 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data infinityview.uz collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how you can control it. It is written to comply with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended by Law No. ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026.
The operator's registered details and the address for requests are pending and will be added to this document.
1. Who processes your data
The data operator is the Infinity View venue (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan). Processing is carried out solely in connection with the operation of infinityview.uz and the enquiries received through it.
By submitting the form on the site you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not fill the form in — the rest of the site can be browsed without providing any information about yourself.
2. Data you provide yourself
The contact form collects only what you enter voluntarily. Exactly two fields are required — name and phone — because without them you cannot be contacted. Every other field may be left empty.
- name;
- phone number;
- email address, if you supply one;
- preferred contact method, Telegram username, WhatsApp number, if you supply them;
- details of the planned event: type, preferred and alternative dates, guest count, seating and space preferences;
- the text of your comment;
- your consent to the processing of personal data.
3. Data collected automatically
Alongside the enquiry we store technical details that help us understand where it came from and handle it faster.
- the language of the page the enquiry was sent from;
- the address of that page and the referring address;
- campaign UTM parameters, if you arrived through such a link;
- the User-Agent string — information about your browser and device.
4. IP address
Your IP address is used only to protect the form against automated submissions: it limits how many requests may be made in a given period and is held in temporary service memory. It is not attached to the enquiry and is not stored in the database.
5. Why the data is needed
Your data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and discuss holding an event.
- to contact you on the phone number or messenger you chose;
- to prepare a reply and agree the details;
- to keep an internal record of enquiries;
- to protect the form against spam.
6. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time — see section 10.
We do not run mailing lists: the contact details you leave are used only to reply to that specific enquiry.
7. Who the data is shared with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. It is shared only to the extent needed for the site to work, with the following service providers.
- Telegram Messenger — the text of the enquiry is delivered to the venue's internal chat so it is not missed;
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — anonymised visit statistics, click map and session recording (Webvisor);
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymised visit statistics;
- the hosting provider whose servers run the site (see section 8).
8. Cross-border transfer
The site and the enquiry database are hosted with Contabo GmbH on servers physically located in France. In addition, the analytics services and the messenger listed in section 7 process data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Under Article 27¹ of the Law “On Personal Data” as amended by Law No. ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026, mandatory in-country storage applies to biometric and genetic data and to data of telecommunications subscribers. This site collects none of those. Processing other categories abroad is permitted where the conditions set out in the law are met.
By submitting the form you consent to this cross-border transfer.
9. How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to handle them and to continue the resulting conversation. Where an enquiry does not lead to any cooperation, the data is deleted at your request (see section 10) or once it is no longer needed.
10. Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- be told what data about you is processed;
- require inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- require your data to be deleted;
- complain about the operator's actions to the competent state authority.
11. Cookies
The site uses cookies set by the analytics services named in section 7. They distinguish returning visits from new ones and show which parts of the site are used.
You can block them in your browser settings or use the official opt-out tools the services themselves provide. Neither affects your ability to browse the site or send an enquiry.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the enquiry database is restricted to authorised venue staff, and the database is backed up regularly. The form is protected against automated submissions.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the document. Material changes take effect on publication.
14. Contacting us
For any question about the processing of personal data, and to exercise the rights in section 10, please contact us through the form on the site.
