These terms set out the rules for using infinityview.uz. By opening the site you accept them.

1. About the site
The site belongs to the Infinity View venue (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan) and exists to present the venue and to receive enquiries about holding events.
2. The site is not a public offer
Descriptions of the venue, event formats and technical capabilities, and all imagery, are published for information only and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The terms on which an event is held, the services included, their price and timing are set by a separate written contract. Until such a contract is signed, no booking obligation arises.
3. Sending an enquiry
By submitting the form you confirm that the information given is accurate and that you are entitled to provide those contact details.
Submitting the form is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. It is an invitation to discuss, answered separately.

4. Intellectual property
The Infinity View name and logo, the design of the site, its texts and the photographs of the venue belong to the site owner or are used by them on a lawful basis. Copying or republishing this material without written permission is not permitted.
Partner trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective holders and are displayed to indicate that cooperation took place.
5. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the information on the site current, but do not guarantee that it is complete and error-free at every moment. Photographs convey a general impression of the setting and may differ from the state of the venue on the date of an event.
The site owner is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, nor for the content of third-party resources linked from the site.
6. Acceptable use
The site may not be used to send spam through the form, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or for automated data collection that places an excessive load on it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes not settled by negotiation are heard by the courts at the site owner's location.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The current version is published at this address, with the date of the last change shown at the top of the document.
