Concerts and shows live on lighting. You can hold an evening in a beautiful room with bad lighting and it will look like a dinner with music. You can light an ordinary space well and get an event.
This venue was built around a stage rather than around laid tables, and that changes what is possible in it.
A stage, not a platform improvised from what was to hand
A full stage means the performer has somewhere to work and the audience has something to watch without standing up. For a performance that is the difference between a concert and a turn at a corporate party.
The LED screens work as a backdrop: graphics, video, titles. The staging is assembled from light and image rather than physical scenery that has to be built and carried out again.

Build, rehearsal, event
Every show has three stages, and the first two decide how the third turns out. A venue where the build is only possible on the day, in two hours, limits everything that can be staged.
We plan the build and rehearsal separately from the event, and the technical team works across all three. The rider is gone through in advance — before the equipment arrives.
The panorama as part of the shot
For filming this is a practical argument: a city panorama gives a backdrop that cannot be built on a set, and it changes through the day. Daylight, sunset and night lights are three different images in one room.

- Yes. Send the rider with your enquiry — we will go through it in advance and agree what needs bringing and what is already here.
- How much time is there for the build and rehearsal?
- It is planned separately from the event and depends on how complex the staging is. We agree it at booking.
- Is the venue suitable for filming?
- Yes — the panoramic view and controllable lighting give different images in one room. Describe the brief and we will advise on the time of day for the shot you want.
- Are there dressing rooms for performers?
